Hotel Kino Tree is a luxury business hotel located in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore, offering accommodations, dining, and related hospitality services.
All bookings, communications, and service usage through our website are subject to the terms set forth herein.

3. Reservations and Bookings

  • Reservations can be made directly through our website, via phone, or in person at the hotel.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Kino Tree.

  • Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Policy

  • Currently, all payments must be made in person at the hotel reception via cash, credit/debit card, or UPI.

  • No online payments are processed on our website at this time.

  • Once online payments are activated, our site will comply with secure payment gateway standards, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid bookings apply in future).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be subject to one night’s room charge.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By staying at Hotel Kino Tree, guests agree to:

  • Respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.

  • Comply with all hotel rules and safety regulations.

  • Be responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property due to negligence or misconduct.

The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs resulting from such damages.

7. Prohibited Activities

Guests and visitors must not:

  • Engage in illegal, immoral, or disruptive activities within hotel premises.

  • Use the hotel for commercial photography, filming, or events without prior approval.

  • Smoke in non-smoking areas or violate any local safety codes.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund.
